Greg was our wedding DJ at our wedding. He was professional courteous humorous and very experienced. Expressway Music owner was on the phone to chat when we booked him and came to the event space to discuss with the venue manager on details a week before the event. We are really happy with the service and our guests all said great things about our music and DJ s hosting.

What can I say about DJ Swirsky that hasn’t been said! He truly is as good as it gets! Before Dave, my fiancé and I interviewed eight different DJ’s in the tri-state area (no, that is not a typo.) We both come from families who have musical backgrounds in one way or another and had a clear vision of what songs we wanted played at the wedding and how we saw our special day going.

During our meeting with Dave, he helped us feel at ease and reassured us that our vision would be made a reality, and he delivered! Not only was Dave and his staff courteous and professional, the whole night’s music was incredible. There was a big mixture of ethnic and cultural backgrounds at our wedding, and we truly believe Dave played the right songs at the right time, setting the tone for an amazing afternoon of fun twirling, jumping, shaking, and dipping. He managed to get everyone on the dance floor and it seemed like they never left.

Dave is a rolodex of knowledge when it comes to music of all different styles and genres. Choosing a DJ was a stressful experience until we met Dave, who’s talent and charisma made the whole wedding flow flawlessly. Highly recommend!

We could not have been more thrilled for DJ Mac to be the DJ at our wedding! After meeting with several DJ’s we felt most comfortable with Expressway and DJ MAC and he managed to wildly exceed our expectations.

We are not huge music buffs, and relied on Mac to read the crowd and play music that was suited to young and old alike. We even had a friend come up to us and ask if we hand picked all the songs because they were all great!We used three different songs for our processional, and Mac seamlessly wove all of the music together to make it truly special and unique. Mac listened to all of the speeches and when a song from a movie was mentioned, he played the song later that night without being asked- a highlight of the night. It was truly a magical night and we know that Mac was a huge part of the success! We cant recommend him enough. He was beyond excellent.

David and his staff are just awesome. Professional, accommodating, sincerely interested and concerned, super friendly and kind of your instant best friend. They are excellent communicators, fun and talented.

Our wedding party was awesome, we ended up with microphones singing (very loudly) at the end of the night and dancing until everything hurt.

I can’t wait to have another party with David…I’m thinking karaoke! Thank you all so much!!

We hired David Swirsky to DJ our wedding and from the day we met him we knew we made the right choice. He spent so much time with us asking about our music preferences and about how we wanted the night to feel and he nailed everything. Our wedding was the most fun day of our lives and a lot of that was because of David.

He was very responsive, professional, and friendly from day one.On the wedding day he made things run super smoothly and he kept the dance floor packed throughout the entire reception. He even struck the perfect balance incorporating salsa into our multicultural event. We also rented the open air photo booth. That was so worth it. People had a great time with it, the pictures came out great, the props were fun, and because it was open air, it didn’t detract from the decor of the wedding. Seriously, it was the most fun day of our lives. I can’t wait for another event so that we can work with him again.

We cannot thank Dave Swirsky and his team for throwing an amazing party for our wedding! He really knows how to read the crowd. All of our guests were impressed by his music choices – one even coming up to us and asking ‘who is selecting this music’!

Dave took the time to meet with us before our event to understand our crowd and our music preferences, and even gave us some suggestions. We loved working with Dave and his team – a super fun group to work with! Highly highly recommend them!!!

Highly recommend Expressway Music! We hired Dave for our wedding and he was fantastic. He is a true professional. We had a multicultural wedding- pronounced polish and indian names like a pro. He got to know what kind of music the crowd was feeling and really got the party going!

His team was so easy to work with and overall just a wonderful experience. If your are thinking of a DJ in the NY area- this is your guy.
