New York Botanical Garden Wedding
We feel so fortunate that we got the chance to work with Cristal and Daniel (Bride & Groom). They had a unique, amazing wedding filled with loving friends and family members. We supplied the Music- Spank Acapella group (for Ceremony & Cocktail hour outside on Patio) our Serendipity Quartet for (Dinner upstairs) and after dinner I DJ’d the “Party” back outside on the patio. The Wedding was held at the Stone Mill at the New York Botanical Gardens in the Bronx which always has a delightful staff and excellent food! It truly is a very unique space to have a wedding!
Wedding Ceremony and Cocktail Hour
As guests were arriving they were greeted to the wonderful music of “Spank” one of our most requested groups.
Spank performed during the pre-ceremony, the Ceremony and for the cocktail hour to the guests delight.
Dinner
Our client asked us if represented any trios or quartets that plays standards for the dinner portion of the wedding. They also wanted the best possible female vocalist. They immediately booked our “Serendipity Quartet”.
DJ & Dancing
I have DJ’d many times at the Stone Mill and have literally set up in every room/space there. The only space I hadn’t DJ’d in was outside on the Deck which is where I dj’d from at this wedding. The crowd was made up of Daniels family and friends (many traveled here from Colombia) and Cristals family and friends(many whom traveled here from Great Britain). What I love most about DJ’ing weddings is the challenge to inspire people from all parts of the globe and diverse musical tastes to all be dancing together all night to music that represents everyone.
1st Dance
10:30pm (1/2 hour into dance party)
1:00 am (3 hours into dance party)
Thank you so much to Cristal and Daniel for having us provide the entertainment for their wedding. Personally, I couldn’t have enjoyed dj’ing their wedding any more then I did. It was so much fun with really nice people!

We really had a blast, and we’ve heard only the best reviews from our guests, so thank you for keeping them dancing all night! We are currently in the throes of honeymoon preparations and finishing up work, but I have it in my calendar to sit down and do reviews in July, so I will make sure to write you an excellent review then –
