Summer Wedding
We were back (DJ Dave and The Expressway Music Jazz Quartet) at the amazing Harold Pratt House for a Summer wedding Sunday. It was a beautiful day and April and her staff really made it a special day for all involved (and particularly the Bride & Groom)
DJ Dave and his assistant arrived early to set up a Bose speaker and microphone for the Ceremony and another Bose Speaker and microphone for toasts in the Dining Room. The Expressway Music Jazz Quartet was there to play Classical Music for the pre-ceremony music(as guests arrive), the ceremony (processional and recessional songs) and then played pop and jazz for cocktail hour upstairs in the Foyer.

DJ Dave packed the dance floor for the remaining two hours of the Wedding (downstairs). We love the Harold Pratt House for many things however it’s always a good idea to have an experienced pro dj, dj here (particularly a dj who has dj’d there at least 2 or 3 times). When guests come downstairs for dancing there are three distinct rooms they can enter and if the dj loses the dance floor or when they come into the last room for cake cutting it is only the experienced pro dj’s who can get guests back into the main room for dancing..our dj’s have a Lot of experienced at this!
