Scottish-Polish Wedding at NYBG
NYBG Stone Mill Wedding
I felt like a guest DJ’ing Jamie and Alexis’ Wedding Sunday at the NYBG Stone Mill. The guests were so nice and fun it seems like I had known them for years! You can only imagine the good times we had that night. The Wedding began with me DJ’ing the Wedding Ceremony presided over by the talented Susan Turchin (Celebrant). This is the second Wedding i’ve worked with Susan and have been impressed on how down to earth she is and how soothing her voice is!! The Ceremony took place downstairs and for the Processional song they chose the Beatles “Here comes the Sun” but in a classical style.

Wedding Reception
For the cocktail hour we hooked our Ipod into our Bose speaker and played a custom list we made for the Bride & Groom. I dj’d the reception upstairs. It’s always a pleasure working with the staff at the Stone Mill (particularly Laura and Sasha). The Photographer for the Wedding was Daniel Silbert who didn’t miss a shot all night!
Guests were pleasantly surprised by Bagpipers from the NYPD Emerald Society. 6 talented guys came playing Bagpipes and Drums. They were such a great addition to the Wedding.
Thank you to the wonderful Bride and Groom for having Me DJ their lovely wedding!

Subject: Thank you!
Hi David,
Thank you for everything! I’ve wanted to write you a proper email, but have been running around getting folks to airports, and now Jamie and I are off in Cape May. I’ll write more when we return! You did a fantastic job and everyone was so impressed with your music choices. Thank you again. We will definitely be leaving you wonderful reviews online and will recommend you to any family and friend events in the future. Have a great week!
Alexis
