Brooklyn Bar Mitzvah at Roulette
Ezra, and his family and friends, had the party of the year Saturday night at Brooklyn Venue and Concert Hall Roulette. It was non stop fun from the moment I played the first song. Both kids and Adults were engaged in the party with Dancing, Games and Karaoke. I worked with MC Cliff who did an outstanding job keeping everyone engaged by his boundless enthusiasm and energy! Our Photo booth was also a huge hit! I highly recommend this quality venue. The staff couldn’t be more helpful and it’s truly a state of the art facility (a one stop shop for audio/visual etc). The stage makes it completely unique.
Bar/Bat Mitzvahs
I make sure when I dj that i take care of requests from guests(kids and adults alike). I will always do whatever i can to make it so the kids and all other guests are having the absolute best time. Playing great music is only one aspect of my job as a dj…listening and pleasing people is equally as important in my opinion.
Karaoke
100 percent of the time karaoke is the hit of the party when it’s included. Most of the time clients are skeptical about how it work out but it not only works out it is always very successful. I particularly like the inclusiveness of Karaoke and it always works at our events because i encourage groups to sing together (i bring many wireless microphones)and a huge library of music. I also encourage guests to stay on the dance floor during the karaoke portion and i seamlessly mix in dance music so those who want to only dance can do so without having to sit the karaoke out.
Here the Kids are singing with the Adults to the Beatles during cocktail hour.
PHOTO BOOTH
Our Expressway Music Photo Booth was also
a HUGE hit. Guests took home multiple photos and had fun all night with the numerous props we bring to take photos with!

Question about the photo booth: the photographer said that we’d get a zip drive with all the photos on it — how do we get that?

We had Dave DJ our son’s Bar Mitzvah party and he was SO WONDERFUL! Dave is warm and kind, easy-going, responsive and creative. He really listened to us and what we wanted to evening to be like. He was responsive to our son’s requests too. We asked him to work with an emcee who came from out of town, and who he’d never met before; he didn’t miss a beat. We gave him a list of songs, and he read the crowd perfectly, most everyone danced all night long. He also made the genius suggestion that we add karaoke, which was a real hit. The party was fabulous because he kept everyone dancing and having the best time! We loved working with Dave and I can’t recommend him highly enough!
