Please look no further than Expressway music for all of your wedding music needs. We are recent newlyweds and found Expressway through a recommendation from our wedding planner (our wedding was at the Harold Pratt House in Manhattan). We met with Dave and immediately knew we were in good hands. He listened to our music tastes, got a sense of our guest list and talked about the vibe we wanted for the reception. We also hired (through Expressway) Marc, a pianist, to play for our cocktail hour. Marc set the tone with upbeat, fun, and inviting tunes. Our guests felt welcome and ready to have a good time! Dave was our DJ and played song after song of crowd pleasing, everyone out on the dance floor…total hits. My husband and I never stopped dancing the whole night. Dave is extremely professional personable. He knows music and he knows people. He just gets it. We couldn’t be happier with our experience with Expressway Music!!

What can I say about DJ Swirsky that hasn’t been said! He truly is as good as it gets! Before Dave, my fiancé and I interviewed eight different DJ’s in the tri-state area (no, that is not a typo.) We both come from families who have musical backgrounds in one way or another and had a clear vision of what songs we wanted played at the wedding and how we saw our special day going. During our meeting with Dave and Charissa, they helped us feel at ease and reassured us that our vision would be made a reality, and they delivered!
Not only was Dave and his staff courteous and professional, the whole night’s music was incredible. There was a big mixture of ethnic and cultural backgrounds at our wedding, and we truly believe Dave played the right songs at the right time, setting the tone for an amazing afternoon of fun twirling, jumping, shaking, and dipping. He managed to get everyone on the dance floor and it seemed like they never left.
Dave is a rolodex of knowledge when it comes to music of all different styles and genres. Choosing a DJ was a stressful experience until we met Dave, who’s talent and charisma made the whole wedding flow flawlessly. Highly recommend!

Expressway Music DJ ‘ed my daughters wedding in NYC in October. It was a perfect celebration. My daughter and her husband immediately clicked with the DJ and felt that
he had a great connection into what they wanted. The DJ seemed to have a genuine love of music and a vast catalog in his head. As the evening unfolded the music was
paced well and before we knew it everyone was dancing, even my 90 year old dad was on the dance floor. It was a perfect evening with all the right music. The price was reasonable
and nothing was cut short. I highly recommend Expressway Music for any celebration
