Bat Mitzvah New York City
Bat Mitzvah New York City
The East Side Marriott Hosted Rachel’s Bat Mitzvah Saturday and for a Day party there was a huge amount of participation! The Marriott is very flexible in how you can arrange the room(s) and for Rachel’s party it worked out perfectly. Lunch and Dancing were in the main Morgan BallRoom and Karaoke and sports games (for the kids) was in the Whitney room Down the Hall.
Expressway Music Team
We had a wonderful team of talent at Rachel’s Bat mitzvah.
Karaoke
They’re were many children (and adults) at the party and Karaoke was the perfect entertainment to keep the kids occupied by singing and dancing and also for the adults (later on to join them)
Sports Games
Our sports games (Pop a Shot Basketball, Ping Pong and Air Hockey) was also a huge hit that both the boys and girls played a lot (as did the adults)
More Dancing
Ok. Let’s get back to the dancing in the main room. As the dj it was somewhat challenging to have all the older guests seated near the dance floor while the kids were in the middle to the back of the room. When i arrive with my set up guy we immediately set up a wireless Bose Speaker so the guests in the middle of the room could hear all announcements, toasts and music. it made such a difference and there was continuous dancing (young and old) all day.

Our clients often ask us to produce their montage for them. They provide us with anywhere from 100 to 200 photos and our internal team produces the video(with music)we also can provide the Projector and Screen to show the video. Here’s what it looked like at Rachel’s party.

Raffle
Rachel had a blast being Alberto’s Co emcee of the Raffle. She asked trivia questions about herself and other subjects and then when it was time to raffle off prizes She did a great job helping Alberto!
The East Side Marriott Hotel
If you are having a party or event on the East Side NYC then you should consider this space. The staff is super accommodating and friendly. And as friendly as they are they are very detailed oriented which i, as a vendor, really appreciate. It makes for a very well run party that runs very smoothly. Personally I was most impressed with their food! At so many of these events the food tastes bland or it was cooked very quickly..not here..the food was fresh, tasty and you could just tell very healthy.
Thank you so much to the Hotel staff and to Rachel’s parents Claudia and Josh for having us provide the entertainment for Rachel’s party. We were so thrilled to be a part of it.

Hi David,
Everything was perfect and set up worked well using the 2 rooms. Rachel
and her friends enjoyed the games and karaoke in the Whitney Room. I
appreciate the time you took to talk to Rachel and me, see the rooms
(set up) at the hotel and get to know us, what would work for us and
our group. Thanks for suggesting the raffle and trivia. The montage
worked for us-I’m not usually a big fan of montages-but this showed the
people that shaped Rachel’s life so far.
Thanks.
Claudia
